Dr. Robert A. Levine maintained a private practice in Philadelphia at the Pennsylvania Center for Dental Implants and Periodontics for over 35 years. He received his post-grad certificate in Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania and holds teaching positions in Post-Graduate Periodontics and Dental Implantology at the Temple University in Philadelphia, University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill and the University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Levine is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, President, and Fellow of the International Society of Periodontal Plastic Surgeons (FISPPS), a Fellow, and Board of Directors of the Academy of Osseointegration (AO), and US Section Membership Coordinator for the International Team for Implantology (ITI). He serves on the Editorial Boards of numerous international scientific dental journals and has authored over 90 professional publications. He has focused his current clinical research on avoiding complications and improving clinical outcomes and has created the “10 Keys Implant-Perio Clinical Research Group” in 2021 with 16 clinical researchers from nine dental universities from around the world.
