Hotel Booking

All attendees will be responsible for making their own room reservations. Hotel rooms are being held at The Meritage Resort and Spa only. The special ITI Congress USA room rate for congress attendees is $ 409 plus 13% Occupancy tax, 2% Napa County Tourism Tax and 0.3% California Torism Assessment Fee. Included in your stay :

Rates

$409.00 per night includes the resort fee and nightly housekeeping gratuity. The rate is subject to tax which is currently 13% Occupancy tax, 2% Napa County Tourism Tax and 0.3% California Torism Assessment Fee.

The deadline for the reduced room rate is March 21, 2026. Any reservations made after that date may be honored at the reduced rate on a space-available basis.

Rooms are limited so please ensure you book well before March 21, 2026. Attendees will be responsible for their own billing for room reservations.

More Information

Cancellation
Cancellations and alterations need to be made directly with the hotel and may incur penalties.

Guests wishing to cancel or alter bookings after March 21, 2015 should contact the hotel directly. These, and “no-shows”, may incur penalties at the hotel’s discretion, possibly up to 100% of the booked stay.

Check-in Time
Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Early check-in may be requested but is based upon availability and additional fees apply. A government-issued photo identification or passport, and a valid credit card to authorize the full amount of your stay plus $100 per night for incidentals are required at check-in.

Check-out Time
Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.(pst)

Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on day of departure. Should the Hotel allow for late check-outs, it may impose a half day rate.

Guest check-in requirements by law
Kindly note that all guests will be asked for ID upon check-in, by law the hotel is not allowed to check anyone into the hotel without ID (passport, driver’s license or state ID).
